North Carolina-tan

This is my design for North Carolina in the State-tan Project. =3 It took about an hour and a half to draw, lineart, and color...? Anyways, I know this is insanely late and craptastic, and I'm extremely sorry it took so long to get uploaded. ;A; I'll try to upload a much more descriptive, detailed version ASAP, including facts about the actual state and more about Natalie's personality. As you can probably tell, she's going to be a huge tree-hugger. ;D
